02Payment processing & Merchant of Record
Orders are paid through independent third-party payment providers. Payment links are hosted by the provider; SpiriIA never sees or stores your card number. The role of each provider depends on the payment method you choose:
- Stripe: bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and recurring subscriptions. For these payments, the seller is VELTYZ GROUP LLC, the publisher identified above; Stripe acts only as a payment provider.
- PayPal: for these payments, the seller is VELTYZ GROUP LLC; PayPal acts only as a payment provider.
- Inflowpay (Merchant of Record — MoR): INFLOW PAY (trading under the name Inflowpay), a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) (European Union). For payments made through Inflowpay, INFLOW PAY acts as an authorised reseller and merchant of record: invoicing, tax collection (VAT / Sales Tax) and payment processing for these orders are handled and executed by Inflowpay.
- Refunds: whichever payment method you choose, refunds are decided and issued solely by SpiriIA (VELTYZ GROUP LLC; for Inflowpay payments, by triggering them through the Inflowpay tool). The payment providers carry out payments but do not decide on refunds (see the Refund policy).
The descriptor is deliberately neutral. Charges made through Stripe appear on your bank statement as SPIRIIA* <product label>, where <product label> is the label of the product purchased. PayPal charges appear under the descriptor that PayPal displays itself. Charges made through Inflowpay appear under the exact descriptor INFLOWPAY.
